Attendance Report

If you want to find what your attendance figures are for a period of time, then you will need to navigate to the attendance report. In this example I’m going to find the total amount of tickets that have been redeemed in July. This report will give you a summary of the total redemptions as well as unique redemptions. If the same ticket is checked in 5 times, this will be 5 total redemptions and 1 unique redemption. It’s important to note that checking in Stock & Add ons products through the POS won’t contribute to ticket redemption totals

If you want to find out which POS device is redeeming the most tickets you will just need to use the device filter to filter by each POS device. The total redemptions summary will update to reflect the filtered POS device. 

If you’re using multi-use standard passes or you have membership products that you check in at the POS, then you can filter by these products to determine repeat visitation levels for these product types. In this example, I’m going to see how many annual members are visiting and how often they are visiting, by filtering by this product and checking the total redemption & unique redemption summaries. 

Booking Zip Code Export

If you want some insights into where your guests are visiting from you can get this data using the Booking Zip Code Export. You just need to select your date range and what products you want to show data for then you can click alert me when complete to export the CSV. 

Each line item will show the booking, the post code attached to that booking and the amount of redemptions. If you’re not capturing this data at the POS or via the online checkout then this report may not be useful.

Membership Redemption Report

If you’re looking for insights in relation to the amount of memberships that have been redeemed for a period of time, then you will need to navigate to the membership redemption report. In this example I’m going to see every instance a membership discount was redeemed in July. ROLLER will give you summary data around the amount of different members who have used their membership discount, as well as how many times they have used their discount. You can also filter by different membership products to establish which one of your membership products are getting redeemed the most.
