View, create and manage bookings in the ROLLER Venue Manager
In this video, we’ll show you how to make and manage bookings using ROLLER Venue Manager. (How to make a booking from Venue Manager)
If a guest calls your venue, you can process the booking directly over the phone. In venue manager, select bookings then click create a booking. Start by entering in the details of the booking holder. This can be an individual or a company. Click Add booking holder to complete.
Next find products using the availability selector on the right hand side of the screen. You can refine search results by limiting to certain dates, products, number of guests or quantity, days of week and more.
Clicking search will show you all the products that meet your search criteria. Select the product from the list, add items to the booking and click Save & Reserve.
Clicking on the order tab will show you a summary view of the items and order totals. From here you can add in a discount code, override tax amount and more. To take a payment, click Take Payment button and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, click new invoice and select to send an invoice to guests so they can pay online themselves, all on their mobile device.
Finding and managing existing bookings is easy. First find the booking using their name, booking ID, email or phone number. You can quickly change the date, adjust the quantity of items, add upsell products to the booking and even add notes to track any specific requests that the guest may have made.
