
Redeem member benefits and discounts to reward loyalty and enhance the guest experience.
In this video, you'll learn how to redeem memberships in Roller POS, including how to manage related and separate redemptions in one smooth transaction.
If your venue offers a membership program, it's best practice to ask the guest if they're a member at the beginning of the sale.
If they are, select redeem membership above the cart panel, search for their name or membership ID, then select the member from the results and redeem membership. This is the fastest way to apply their benefits at the start of the sale.
Roller automatically applies eligible membership discounts once the member is added.
If you need to view a member's details outside of a sale, select the search icon in the left menu, then choose the members tab and search and select the member.
If a parent signs their children up for memberships, Roller automatically links them together. When you redeem the parents membership, you can add any related members to the same booking.
Select redeem another membership above the cart panel. If related memberships are available, they'll appear underneath. Select the plus icon to add each related member, then select redeem memberships to complete the step.
Related memberships help make it faster and easier to serve families.
If a group of guests each have their own membership and aren't linked, you can redeem them together in one sale. Select redeem membership above the cart panel. Search for and select each member you want to include. Then select Redeem memberships to apply benefits to each member.
Finally, check the cart panel to confirm that discounts have been applied. If you don't see a discount, the member may have already used their benefits or the item may not be eligible.
