In this video, you'll learn how to check member benefits at POS to answer a common guest question. What benefits do I have left?
In POS, select search, then select the members tab. Enter the guest's name, email, or ID, and select the member to open their profile.
On the membership tab, scroll down to benefits to see the details. The benefits table shows the discount name, frequency limits, how many times the benefit has been used, and the next available date the benefit will refresh. This view is especially helpful for memberships that include limited use perks like guest passes, discounted items, or free weekly activities.
