Reschedule bookings using the ROLLER Point of Sale
In this video, you’ll learn how to reschedule bookings using ROLLER POS.
Plans can change — maybe a guest is running late or something unexpected has come up. With ROLLER POS, it’s simple to move a booking and keep things running smoothly. You can reschedule a booking anytime before the session starts, even if tickets have already been redeemed. With the booking open, select Reschedule to begin.
If the session has already started and a ticket was redeemed, you’ll need to undo the check-in first. Select the green tick next to each redeemed ticket, then choose Yes, Undo. Once all tickets are unredeemed, select Reschedule.
If the booking includes only one scheduled activity, you’ll go straight to choosing a new date and time. If there are multiple activities — for example, jump passes and laser tag — you’ll first select the activity you want to change, then select Reschedule.
Ask the guest what day or time they’d like, then select the new date on the calendar. For session passes, you’ll also need to select a new session time. When you’re ready, select Confirm to finalize the reschedule. ROLLER automatically transfers valid waivers to the updated booking, so you won’t need to reattach them manually.
In many cases, guests can reschedule their bookings themselves online. If your venue has this enabled, it saves time for both staff and guests. If you attempt to reschedule and no sessions are available, try selecting a different time or day.
