Lesson Transcript

Running a venue means making decisions every day.

Staffing, pricing, promotions, and cash flow all depend on knowing what's really happening in your business.

Roller reports bring all of that data together so you can move from guessing to knowing.

In this video, you'll learn where to find reports in Roller, how to choose the right one for the job, and how scheduling reports keeps your team informed without the extra admin.

From Venue Manager, go to reports, then select all reports.

This is where key business reports live in Roller.

You can also use the search bar to jump straight to a specific report by name.

As you start using reports, you can favorite your most used ones for easy access by selecting the star next to it.

Favoriting a report saves it to the top of the reports page.

Each report offers different data, so it's useful to know where you'll need to look for certain information.

Summary reports give you a high level view of performance for a specific day.

Sales reports focus on what you're selling and how products are performing.

Transaction reports track payments, refunds, and money still owed.

Guest reports help you understand attendance and membership behavior.

Operations reports support staff oversight and in venue processes.

And accounting reports are designed for reconciliation, tax, and financial reporting.

If there's reporting data you like to check regularly, you don't need to pull it manually every time.

You can schedule reports to be emailed automatically to yourself and your team, whether that's a daily check-in, a weekly reflection, or a monthly review.

As a starting point, we recommend scheduling the daily summary report to be sent to the venue's stakeholders each day.

This keeps everyone aligned without adding extra admin to your day.

From Venue Manager, select scheduled reports.

Then select create a scheduled report.

Choose the report you want to schedule, then select how often it should be sent, daily, weekly, or monthly.

Available frequencies vary by report.

If you choose daily, you can decide whether to receive the current day's data or the previous day's data.

Next, set the time the report should be sent and enter the email addresses of everyone who needs it.

When you're ready, select confirm to save the schedule.

You've just learned where to find reports in Roller, how reports are organized, and how scheduling reports keep your team informed without extra admin.

You're ready to dive into reporting for insights and data on your venue's performance.
