Find and request waivers from Venue Manager

Send waiver requests and manage signed waivers in Venue Manager to support faster check-ins.

In this video, you'll learn how to easily send waiver requests to guests from Venue Manager.

Firstly, we need to understand whether the customer has an existing booking or whether they do not have a booking yet.

If they don't have a booking yet, you can send a waiver request by navigating to guests, waiver holders, then send waiver request.

You can enter in the recipient's details and select send.

Then, they will receive an email to sign a waiver.

If your guests already have a booking, the best way to send a waiver request is directly through the booking. Find the booking by navigating to the search bar and typing in the booking name.

From here, you can click send a waiver request. You can send this via text or email. It will default to the recipient's name of the booking holder and the booking holder's email address.

To send this, select send.

Next, they will receive an email with a link to sign a waiver. And once they sign that waiver, it will be stored against the booking under the document section.

This will also allow POS operators to quickly link waivers to tickets to speed up the check-in process.

If you want to view and manage existing waiver holders in Venue Manager, you can do so by navigating to guest waiver holders.

In this view, you can see all the recently signed waivers.

You can extend the view for signed waivers to up to twelve months in the past.

Using this view, you can see all guests who have signed a waiver within the time frame in the filter. You can also filter between active, expired, or deactivated waivers.

From this view, you can also search for a specific waiver that has been signed.

Select the three dot icon next to the guest record and either email them a PDF copy of their signed waiver or download a PDF copy to your device, or send this guest a new waiver request.

You can also download a CSV export of all signed waivers.

Once the export is ready, select the bell icon and download the CSV file.
