
Create company records to manage group contacts, streamline invoicing and support company bookings.
In this video, we'll walk through how to create and manage company contacts in Roller, and how to create a booking link to a company.
Company contacts are used when you're working with organizations rather than individual guests.
For example, schools, corporate groups, child care centers, or regular booking partners. From the main menu, navigate to Guests, Companies, Create Company.
From here, you can add a company name, upload an image, and assign a primary contact.
You can also add additional details like tax numbers, registration numbers, fax, website address, city, state, postal code, and country, which will appear on invoices when generated through bookings connected to the company.
Inside the company profile, you can view all associated bookings and contacts.
You can update whether an individual is a primary contact or a billing contact.
You can add additional contacts by selecting add contact at the top of the page.
Using company contacts helps you centralize corporate and group data and simplifies invoicing workflows.
To create a new booking using a company contact, navigate to Bookings, Create Booking.
From here, you can select company. Type in the company name and select the contact you want to associate with this booking. By default, it selects the primary contact for the company. When finished, select add company.
From here, follow the regular booking flow by adding items using the availability selector and reserving the booking.
